Which Sages Wrote the Sukshma Nadi Manuscripts?
The Sukshma Nadi manuscripts were compiled by a group of Siddha sages — among them Maharishi Agasthiya, Sage Kaushika (Vishwamitra), Siddhar Bogar, Siddhar Siva, and several of the Saptarishis (the Seven Great Sages). Each sage contributed a layer of insight to the Sukshma manuscripts.
Maharishi Agasthiya — the chief of all Siddhas, known as Kurumuni — is the primary authority of our centre’s manuscripts. As a Vaitheeswaran Koil astrologer, I work with Agasthiya’s Sukshma manuscripts, which are considered among the most comprehensive and precise in existence. These manuscripts were written in an ancient form of Tamil script, passed down and preserved in our family’s custody for generations.
The writings of the Siddha sages carry what is called Sukshma Drishti — the subtle divine vision that allowed them to perceive the karmic record of every soul who would ever take birth, across all time. How Does a Sukshma Nadi Reading Work? Step-by-Step Procedure
The procedure for a Sukshma Nadi reading follows the same sacred process as all authentic Nadi readings from Vaitheeswaran Koil, with additional depth at each stage.
- Thumb impression. You provide your right thumb impression (men) or left thumb impression (women). For online readings, a clear image of your thumb impression is sufficient. The ridges of your thumb correspond to one of 108 Nadi groups — this is how your personal leaf is identified.
- Bundle identification. The thumb impression narrows your reading to a specific bundle (Nadi petti) of palm leaves. In our Sukshma Nadi collection, these bundles contain the finer manuscripts.
- Leaf search. I read individual leaves one by one, asking you a series of yes/no verification questions — your name, your father’s name, your mother’s name, your birth details, your siblings. Only when multiple personal details match with precision does the reading begin.
- General Kandam reading. Once your leaf is confirmed, I read the General Kandam (Chapter 1) aloud in Tamil and translate it into English, Tamil, or your preferred language. This chapter verifies your identity and outlines your karmic life path.
- Sukshma layer reading. Unlike a standard reading, the Sukshma Nadi goes deeper into the karmic verses that explain why each major life event occurred or will occur, and what specific remedies are required.
- Shanti and Deeksha Kandams. Chapter 13 reveals past-life sins and prescribes specific Pariharam (remedies). Chapter 14 reveals your mantra path and Guru connection.
- Audio recording and PDF remedies. Your complete reading is audio-recorded and provided to you as an MP3 file. All remedies are provided in writing as a PDF document for your reference.
